Do I need to change my content organisation system?
No, that isn't necessary. We will ask you if you have a content management system in place and require you to talk us through it. Otherwise, we do offer content organisation as a service.
How do you keep my platform details safe?
We will set up a 1password "Vault" with you so you give us as much or as little access required. It is secure and accessible on both sides.
What is your average delivery for editing content?
This is dependent on our workload and the size of the project. A basic edit of a video, around 10 minutes long will take us 3-5 days to deliver.
I have no idea what I'm doing but I want to learn.
Do you teach?
That's okay! We can take on the workload and talk you through what we have done and why we did it. Depending on what knowledge you'd like done or to learn can be discussed.
